Clinic aim to reliably create access to healthcare by providing and keeping up to date with insurance-based and government-subsidised programs, while operating long hours to address primary care and urgent care needs to the islandwide Singapore community.
No Pior experience but have a passion to join are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Work location: AMK or Potong pasir
Working hours: 8am - 4pm & 4pm - 10pm (Must complete 44 hours per week)

- Assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes, collecting medical history, and preparing them for consultations.
- Managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
- Assisting healthcare professionals with medical procedures, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
- Processing payments, managing insurance claims, and providing cost estimates for services.
- Monitoring and ordering medical supplies and ensuring that the clinic is stocked.
- Addressing patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Following healthcare regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Min. NITEC in any field or equivalent certification
- Pior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
- Able to work shift work
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese in order to communicate with elderly chinese patient
