Primary responsibilities
- Preparing contracts based on commercial agreements
- Manage internal approval and filing for contracts
- Work closely with business teams in preparing and finalising contracts
- Strict adherence to company risk management policies and procedures Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship experience within oil and gas industry or commodity trading environment is advantageous
- A proactive and positive learning mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong follow-up skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
