Senior Contracts Analyst (Commodities)

Job Scope:
- Verifying and validating transactions within the System for consistency
- Ensuring timely and accurate updates of deals in the system to reflect any changes
- Drafting contracts for Crude and/or products for internal review
- Distributing contracts post-approval
- Recording contracts and associated amendments in the system
- Keeping master templates up to date as required
- Assessing and responding to contracts received from counterparties
- Updating contract-related Excel worksheets/Power BI reports
- Creating tender offers as necessary
- Coordinating with Finance/Legal/Demurrage departments on contract wording and terminology
- Evaluating counterparties' general terms and conditions
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Trade Support/ Operations role in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Good understanding of incoterms
- Experience working in Commodity trading environment
- Highly detailed and meticulous
