Job Title: Settlements Deputy Manager
Location: Singapore

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Settlements Deputy Manager to oversee the treasury settlement and clearing process. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury settlements and a deep understanding of local clearing systems, various treasury products, and remittance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the settlement and clearing of treasury products, including Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Bonds, and derivatives.

Manage swift operations and remittance transactions with precision and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, AML checks, and regulatory MAS reporting (610, 755, etc.).

Support corporate customer internet banking services and maintain efficient transaction processing.

Lead and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

At least 5 years of experience in treasury settlements with familiarity in local clearing systems (MEPS+).

Deep knowledge of treasury products, swift operations, and remittance processing.

Strong experience in accounting entries, AML checks, and MAS regulatory reporting.

Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and take responsibility for settlement processes.
