Treasury Settlements Specialist (BANKING)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Settlements Officer or Senior Officer to manage the treasury settlement and clearing process. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of local clearing systems, treasury products, and remittance transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle treasury settlement and clearing processes, including Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Bonds, and derivatives.
- Process remittance transactions efficiently and manage swift operations.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries, AML checks, and timely MAS reporting (610, 755, etc.).
- Provide support for corporate customer internet banking services.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury settlements and familiarity with local clearing systems (MEPS+).
- Knowledge of treasury products and swift operations is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting entries, AML checks, and MAS reporting.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
