Executive – Family Development Division

CONTRACT

The team member will work with the Family Development Division to support the administrative operations of Assistance Schemes and SINDA Bursary applications and ensure timely service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all acknowledgement forms for Assistance Schemes and SINDA Bursary are submitted and endorsed.
- Track all submissions and ensure disbursements are made on time.
- Assist in the timely preparation of reports for verification and submission.
- Ensure Social Workers are supported in their core work with the given tasks.
- Ensure timely submission of all related administrative matters.
- Ensure the filing system is maintained correctly and made available for audit when required.
- Ensure all the documents necessary for assistance schemes, e.g. petty cash, are maintained and submitted as per the deadlines.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Meticulous team player and passionate about serving the community
- Proficient in MS Power Point and MS Excel for presentations
- Able to perform fundamental data analysis and reporting using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
- Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, as required
- Flexible to work on Saturdays when needed; Time off will be given to compensate for the overtime hours worked
This is a 1 - 2 years contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and divisional requirements.
