Executive, Right Siting and Share Care (PHIC)
Job Responsibilities
The duties & responsibilities of the Executive include but is not limited to the following:
- Design, develop and implement right siting and shared care programmes to enhance the coordination and efficiency of patient care.
- Establish protocols and procedures to ensure effective integration of right siting initiatives and shared care practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for right siting and shared care initiatives, facilitating communication between primary care providers, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of right siting and shared care programmes by analysing data.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all activities efficient and effective in meeting the needs of patients and providers.
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in healthcare administration with at least 4 years of working experience. (Senior Executive) Experience in healthcare management or care coordination would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues and stakeholders
