Executive / Senior Executive (International)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the International Division. The Executive / Senior Executive will handle a variety of tasks to support the Division’s daily operations and will be an integral part of our team.
What you will be working on
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the International Division, including MPA’s overseas offices
- Manage the budget for the International Division and handle procurement matters efficiently, in particular for the overseas offices
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas where required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations within the division Any other ad-hoc administration matters.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the finance and procurement systems and processes
- Good written and communication skills and confident in communicating with multiple stakeholders from different levels
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team with a positive work attitude
