Finance and Accounting Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and finance functions, including but not limited to:
- Daily Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to voucher input, account reconciliation, cost accounting, fixed asset management, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) regularly based on accounting standards and company policies, providing decision support to management.
- Tax Reporting and Planning: Calculate, file, and pay Singapore local taxes, and participate in tax planning to ensure tax compliance and optimize tax costs.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual financial budgets, monitor budget execution, conduct regular financial forecasts, analyze variances, and propose improvement recommendations.
- Internal Control and Audit: Assist in establishing and improving the internal control system, participate in internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance of financial activities.
- System Operation and Maintenance: Proficient in using financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) for accounting, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field. Candidates with Singaporean CPA (ACCA, CPA Singapore) qualifications are preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant finance and accounting experience. Experience in the Singapore market is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore Accounting Standards and tax laws. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is preferred.
- Able to effectively process and analyze data using Excel, Power Point, and other office tools to create informative reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, with strong professional ethics and work ethic. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
