Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate the organization of financial systems in overseas operational countries, manage operations, improve financial management standards and processes, and ensure compliance and execution to guarantee smooth operation of the local financial systems and efficient communication with headquarters.
- Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, audit tasks related to the operations of the country, and the preparation of reports required by headquarters.
- Conduct various types of audit projects, identify major company risks and control loopholes, and provide audit recommendations.
- Assist the company in improving relevant systems and processes, standardizing internal audit work, and enhancing audit quality, including participation in drafting standard audit plans and internal audit guidelines.
- Support local compliance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 5+ years of financial work experience, with at least 2 years of third-party audit experience; experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standards or IFRS, proficient in using finance-related software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with good professional ethics and integrity.
- Audit experience in an accounting firm is a plus. Comfortable to work in a startup environment.
