Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General accounting and finance
- Preparation of consolidated accounts and reports for the Group for internal and external reporting purposes
- Monthly management report and analysis back to the Director
- Banking Policy Planning and Management
- Set up monthly reporting meetings for each group company
- Liaise with external auditors and consultants, on interim and annual audit plus tax filing
- Daily finance matters such as preparing and processing payment vouchers, updating and monitoring
- accounting system and cashflow, preparing payroll and IRAS reporting
- Prepare Business plan, forecasting & budgeting
- Monitor and manage the transactions flow to ensure compliance of Tax, GST, CPF.
- Legal entity set-up, incorporation process, bank account opening and legal compliance
- Perform month-end closing for reporting and ensure the closing and reconciliation of all accounts and
- creating a consolidated FS on monthly basis
- Teaching and managing junior accountants
- Dividend Plan Preparation
- M&A Plan
- Other finance-related duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Business trips to India, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and other parts of Asia
- Degree in Finance, or Accounting with at least 10 years’ experience as Finance Manager & above
- Familiar with Quick Book and Xero.
- Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Account management: 8 years (Required)
- 100% (Required)
