- Assist to centrally manage the fund and monitor the fund status of the company and its subsidiaries, monitor and authorise the setup, modification, strike-off and usage of the bank accounts to ensure fund safety;
- Responsible for processing trade and non-trade non-LC payments for all bank accounts of the company;
- Responsible for processing all types of staff claims;
- Update relevant completed payment details into OA system;
- Cooperate with internal and external audit related work;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Finance.
- Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent, preferably part qualified ACCA;
- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in energy trading industry;
- Excellent people skills and communication skills;
- Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
- Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
