We are responsible for the sales and after-sales services for ship and offshore cranes, earthmoving equipment, crawler cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, port equipment, refrigerators, freezers and the repairing of aerospace components.

What You Can Expect of the Job

You’ll perform day to day AP transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AP data.
You’ll process accounting payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures
You’ll ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system
You’ll manage vendor invoices by matching Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and authorized approval.
You’ll process fixed asset transactions, such as assets acquisition, disposal, transfer and performance depreciation run.
You’ll maintain all IKS documentations/processes, ensuring that the data is up to date.
You’ll assist in controlling functions where necessary
You’ll perform monthly accounts closing procedures
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We Expect of You

Diploma / Degree in Accounting / ACCA
3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in performing equivalent or similar duties required for the position.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
