• Minimum Master’s degree level or equivalent qualification in related disciplines
• Over 10 years of professional financial experience in relevant industry
• Knowledge of financial and legislative requirements in major markets across Asia Pacific.
• Ability to communicate complex financial matters in plain English.
• Have cross-cultural work experience.
• Able to travel within the region as needed for staff development, audits, stocktakes, etc.
• Direct exposure on the governance and compliance with company polices
• Direct exposure on the divisional cost performance reporting and analysis
• Able to work effectively as part of a virtual team across a diverse range of geographies and functions in APAC
• Self-motivated, independent thinking, and proven track record of senior stakeholder management
