Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Personnel to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budget management. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization. He/She will play a crucial part in maintaining our robust accounting practices and ensuring the smooth running of our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management reporting and statutory compliance.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial procedures and controls
• Reconcile bank statements
• Handle monthly bank reconciliation within the Group
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Handle and process payments.
• Prepare and submit Quarterly GST submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors/tax agents/corporate secretary etc
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in financial software particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
ACCA/CPA certification is a plus.
Experience with [specific financial software, e.g., XERO]
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
· Able to multitask with tight deadlines, and possessing a strong attention to detail
