Job Description: Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant and be part of a dynamic environment focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will manage daily functions, handle shipping, receiving, and warehouse-related tasks, and ensure the accuracy of transactions and inventory in SAP. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are physically fit to manage heavy loads.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties including physical material handling.

• Ensure the accuracy of material movement and inventory management in SAP.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (forklift license required).

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow material handling/storage procedures.

• Assist with relocation of materials and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Complete assigned tasks and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
  

Requirements:
• Physical Fitness • : Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (20kg Individual) and (up to 70kg) in a buddy system.
• Teamwork • : Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Forklift License • : Highly preferred for this role.
• Organizational Skills • : Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Understanding of c GMP regulations is a plus.
  

Additional Information:
• Location • : Changi, Singapore.
• Working Hours • : Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm), Alternate Saturdays (8:30 am - 12:30 pm).
• Compensation • : Up to $2,100 basic salary + OT pay + 1-month completion bonus.
• Contract • : 1-year contract, renewable based on performance.
