Job Overview:

As an Operations Crew member, you will provide essential support to bereaved families throughout wakes and funeral services, ensuring they have guidance, comfort, and logistical assistance. This role requires compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to handle both emotional and physical responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide and comfort bereaved families throughout the funeral and wake duration.
• Assist with collection and transportation of the deceased and other necessary preparations.
• Offer support to family members during rites, rituals, and processions .
• Present the eulogy to family members on the funeral day.
• Handle transportation and setup of flowers, backdrops, and other logistical items for wakes.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and facilities .
• Consistently deliver service excellence through efficient operations.
• Project a professional and positive image at all times.
• Manage problem-solving and decision-making at the operational level.
• Complete other required operational tasks as directed.

Requirements:

• Possess a Class 3 or Class 4 driving license .
• Basic computer skills to use essential features.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.

Additional Information:

• Salary : Up to $2,800 basic + $350 monthly night standby allowance (upon confirmation) + variable bonus.
• Working Days/Hours : 6-day work week including Saturday and Sunday on a roster basis, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
• Night Standby : One night per week, completed from home.
• Location : Singapore.
