Funeral Services Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our operational team with strong leadership and communication skills. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality standards. If you are resourceful, organized, and can maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to lead and make an impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily briefings, delegate duties, and manage team performance.
- Prepare budget updates for the Finance Department and oversee monthly scheduling.
- Manage feedback consolidation and quality control, ensuring high operational standards.
- Continuously improve operational management systems and SOPs.
- Handle HR-related matters such as recruitment, leave approvals, and performance management.
- Oversee morale, welfare, and health of all operations staff, ensuring team well-being.
- Provide guidance to Team Leaders and ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with patience and the ability to guide team members effectively.
- Location: Geylang Bahru
- Week 1 & 3: 6 working days, Week 2 & 4: 5 working days (roster basis).
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm.
- Public holidays worked, with office-in-lieu provided.
