Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team to develop our growth strategy in the digital/technology space. The Growth Specialist is a key member in the organisation, responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, upsell and retention, as well as developing relationships with key affiliates and partners. You will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative campaigns, and optimize the customer journey.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team to develop our growth strategy in the digital/technology space. The Growth Specialist is a key member in the organisation, responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, upsell and retention, as well as developing relationships with key affiliates and partners. You will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative campaigns, and optimize the customer journey.
The Role Responsibility:
User Acquisition
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition while maintaining a healthy cost per acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Customer Engagement and Retention
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention, including personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and targeted communications.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine the user experience and reduce churn.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
Data-Driven Growth
- Leverage analytics tools to track key growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present growth reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Partnerships and Collaborations
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and affiliates to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Coordinate with the data analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of growth metrics.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or digital banking industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good negotiation skills and experience working in a high growth, complex environment with multi-layered stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
- Experience in a start up/High growth company is useful
