Head of Operations - Self Storage Hub (Singapore/ Hong Kong)

Join our client's team at the forefront of the self-storage industry in Asia. Our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Operations to lead their stores country wide. This role is pivotal in driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence. If you are a seasoned professional with a knack for Excel and a passion for streamlining operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the operations of all the self-storage facilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve budgetary goals and enhance profitability.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management and optimization of resources.
  • Utilize available platforms and tools for reporting, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Consolidate and analyse reports from store managers to ensure smooth operations and address any discrepancies.
  • Manage manpower across different stores, including vacation planning, sick leave, and redeployment.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the operation.
  • Work closely with HQ on key operational drivers, including pricing, marketing, HR, and finance.


Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary with excellent remuneration and benefits
  • Monthly commission structure


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the self-storage or related industry such as retail, FMCG, co-sharing space, rent facilities etc.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
