Senior Business Analyst
FULL TIME

- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions for the Group across different countries
- Perform pricing analysis to optimize revenue generation
- Streamline and enhance internal and external operational metrics reporting
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand ongoing business requirements and support decision-making processes
- Analyze and evaluate actual versus budgeted results, and provide reforecasting insights
- Conduct benchmarking studies to assess competitors' performance
- Manage and coordinate corporate projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze ongoing business performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Prepare ad-hoc deliverables as needed
Requirements
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels within the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide valuable business commentaries
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
- Results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong learning agility and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Proficient in data analytics and modeling, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or business finance
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
