Responsibilities

Able to handle full spectrum of HR
Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
Assist in the Recruitment process, including job advertisement posting, resume screening, conducting initial interviews and reference checks
Conduct staff orientation and exit interview for new joiners / departing employees
Communicate with external vendors on accommodation for foreign employees
Responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of all workers personal records
Administration of all work passes, including entrance to the designated work site.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies and procedures applicable to Singapore labour market
Assist in general administrative duties where necessary
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree
At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
