Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte Ltd opens a position of HR Executive to perform HR functions in a company of 50+ employees based in Singapore and Switzerland.


Background:
JSC Novatek is the largest private owned gas company in Russia. Today it is the major shareholder of Yamal LNG project and is a shareholder and offtaker of the small-scale LNG plant in Vysotsk, both located in the Russian Federation.


Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd . is the trading arm for JSC Novatek’s LNG volume to trade and deliver to Europe and Asia.


Main responsibilities:

• To perform recruitment and selection process functions (posting of jobs on job portals, arranging of interviews, HQ background check, etc).

• To support and coordinate work with HR service providers (recruitment, medical insurance, employee records and leaves, etc).

• To prepare relevant paperwork (offer letter, employment agreements, employment letters, addendums, termination letters, etc).

• To manage onboarding process and probation periods of new joiners.

• To manage employees` training needs as per company training policy.

• To support work passes application and renewals on MOM Portal.

• To be first point of contact for HR systems (leave system, medical insurance portal, etc).

• To ensure employees proper adherence to company policies. (Training policy, leave policy).

• To report to HR Specialist and perform HR related duties whilst she is on vacation.
  

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in business related field.

• 3+ year of background in HR Operations, preferably in similar industry / business entities.

• Good knowledge of HR operations and local labor legislation.

• Proactive work approach, attentiveness to details, critical thinking, strong communication skills.
