- Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month
- Singapore Citizen / Singapore PRs Only
- Working Day & Hours: 5.5 Working days (alternate Saturday work from home)
- Time: 9:30am to 6:30pm
- Saturday: half day
- Full Spectrum HR Functions: Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit clearance.
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payment, including complex payroll calculations with multiple commission and incentive structures.
- Commission and Incentive Schemes: Manage and maintain a multiple-tier commission and incentive system, ensuring proper calculation and timely disbursement.
- Employee Benefits: Administer and manager employee benefits programs, such as health and wellness packages, insurances, other perks in line with company policies.
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts by managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting and pre-screening candidates.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and HR strategy.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HR & Admin related working experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Attentive to details, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and willing to take up new challenges
