HR Executive (Basic Salary up to 3.5k / 5 days)

The portfolios include lifeguard services, aquatic event management, professional courses such as swimming instructor course, swimming lessons, lifesaving technologies, and aquatic products.

Work Location: Admiralty


Work Week: 5 days (9.30am - 6.30pm)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end process of employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
  • Collect and analyse HR data to support decision-making
  • Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues
  • Communicate policies to employee and ensure adherence
  • Support & track performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective HR operations
    • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company


Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in HR or related field
    • Possess demonstrable experience with HR metrics
