Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Executive to support our motor and general insurance operations. You will assist with administrative tasks, manage insurance documentation, liaise with insurance companies, and handle both showroom and renewal insurance sales. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative tasks related to motor and general insurance
• Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers for new and renewal insurance quotations
• Handle motor insurance sales , including showroom sales and renewals for an existing customer database
• Process and coordinate insurance documentation
• Maintain ethical conduct in all business dealings and ensure customer and company requirements are met
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level certificate
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, Com GI, PGI) is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage documentation and administrative tasks with attention to detail

• Salary : $2,500 - $3,500 (negotiable based on experience)
• Working Hours : Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:15pm; Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm; One Saturday per month: 9:00am - 1:00pm
