Job Purpose To support the launch of the Regional Marketing Framework and the Regional Training Programme.Key Learning Objectives include:

• Regional governance and implementation of key initiaitves
• Understanding complex Program Management
• Account and Stakeholder Management
• Business Review, Sales analysis and Reporting

What you do

• Support in Regional Training Program implementation
• Developing Regional Marketing Framework
• Support in tracking of progress of key Citadel initiatives
• Support in regular Citadel regional sales reporting and other management reporting decks
• Any other duties as required.

What you bring

• Project Management skills and experience
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in excel and powerpoint
• Basic knowledge of insurance
