Job Description:

As a Warehouse Assistant , you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock, as well as picking and packing orders for shipment. You will ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently by maintaining inventory records, inspecting goods for defects, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and organize incoming stock in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders for timely shipment to customers.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect goods for any defects or damages before storage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist with inventory audits as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse setting.
• Must hold a valid forklift license .
• Basic computer skills for reviewing order statuses and inputting cargo information.
• Good communication skills and understanding level.
• Ability to support overtime and maintain good attendance.
• No health concerns and able to perform work with accuracy and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment .
• Long-term commitment preferred.

Additional Information:

• Salary : Up to $2,300 + variable bonus + overtime + AWS.
• Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, with 1 Saturday per month from 8:45 am to 12:45 pm.

• Safety Gear : Staff are required to purchase their own safety boots (the company will not sponsor).
• Shuttle Bus : Pickup at Boon Lay MRT station at 8:10 am or 8:20 am; drop-off at Boon Lay MRT station or Tuas MRT station.
