- Monitoring and ensuring the efficient and timeliness of shipment into the company and to customer premises for all engines, modules and spares which include liaison with freight forwarders, logistics and transport vendors
- Process shipments for Piece Job work, SPIN, Discrepancy parts, Buyback, Vendor parts return, Parts Trading, Customer/RR request parts, Outhouse Repair parts and AOG/Urgent shipments.
- Shipping documents are raised timely for collection and urgent delivery
- Shipments are pick up by freight forwarder on same day after arrangement made.
- Ensure arrangement done with logistics provider for trailer to deliver and collect engine, tooling, stands to/from customer premises or from external warehouse
- Ensuring customer owned part to be launched under piece part S/O is send to respective section timely
- Monitoring KPI for Freight forwarders
- To ensure the logistics area in compliance with the company and regulatory agencies requirements
- Always ready to adjust and adapt to changes in the interest of SAESL
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head or Manager
- Minimum diploma in supply chain management
