[What you will be working on]
- Handling enquiries across multiple contact channels, displaying IRAS’ service attributes to deliver the desired IRAS experience
- Promoting and nudging customers towards self-help channels
- Updating and improving content distribution channels to ensure the content meets channel goals and taxpayers’ expectations
- Analysing customer contact data and feedback to gather insights to develop ideas for improved service delivery and adoption of digital service channels.
- Projects or initiatives using relevant technologies or tools (e.g. RPA, Python) and methodologies (e.g. Behavioural Insights & Design) to improve service delivery or streamline processes.
[What we are looking for]
- Degree in any discipline
- Experience in customer service, good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to question, probe and analyse
- Organized and systematic in handling data
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
