What you will be doing:
- Define and execute the company's strategic vision and mission.
- Understand the market trends - set and achieve short- and long-term company financial metrics.
- Develop a strong team in Malaysia and Singapore to grow the SEA market.
- Drive and achieve company key financial metrics via innovative technology.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore and SEA beauty health industry standards.
- Proven a track record of >15 years in the health and beauty industry, demonstrating extensive experience and a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics and challenges.
- Experience sourcing and exporting health and beauty products to other countries.
- Solid digital and e-commerce knowledge - to apply social media and live streaming to achieve revenue and geographical growth.
- Strong procurement knowledge in the Asia Pacific region.
- Ability to communicate tactfully and apply the local language within a dynamic Southeast Asian culture.
- Frequent travel within Southeast to strengthen the brand presence and engage client relationships.
- Be able to report for duty in early Nov 2024.
