MD lead and manages day-to-day operations of the company in close cooperation with the MD Finance for Yunex Traffic Australia and Singapore Additionally the overall responsibility for Yunex Asia Hub: AU, SG, HK and CN The MD makes major corporate decisions, manages the company's overall resources and operations, and communicates with the board of directors, management team, and corporate operations. He is responsible to deploy the Yunex Chain-of-command structures and processes.

- Reports to the CEO of Yunex Traffic
- Set up Business Strategy for the regions and ensure growth and business success
- Ensure that the regional companies acting according to guidelines and policies given by Yunex Traffic HQ
- Responsible for Affiliated Companies in the region
- Focus on customer and build up successful relationships
- Provide inspired leadership company wide
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
- Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision
- Taking over responsible for HR related topics and understanding governance and guiding principles
- Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale following overall Yunex Culture principals
- Together with the MD Finance oversees the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
