Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sea Freight Executive to manage and coordinate sea import shipments. This role includes handling customs permits, organizing documentation, and ensuring that all shipment processes align with company procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to work effectively with clients, agents, and service providers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sea Import and Export shipments by opening files, maintaining documents, and updating shipment statuses using Sysfreight software
• Advise clients on shipment arrival details and arrange deliveries
• Process invoices accurately , ensuring correct currencies and verification of shipment weight and volume
• Handle customs declaration for Import and Export permits
• Verify Bill of Lading, invoices, and all shipment-related documents
• Arrange transportation for pick-up or delivery as needed
• Maintain communication with clients, overseas offices, and agents professionally through various channels
• Ensure work aligns with company SOP and escalate irregularities as needed
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and service providers for seamless operations
• Suggest improvements in processes for cost control and customer service enhancements
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sea freight coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Sysfreight software is an advantage
• Able to work independently and communicate professionally
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Working Days : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
