M&E Coordinator

- Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
- Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
- Liaise with design consultants on the design intent
- Prepare shop drawings, detail drawings and as-built drawings
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
- Prepare Method of statements for M&E project activities execution
- Supervise site installations in order to meet the design standards and local code requirements.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
- Preferably with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical
- Having experience in the Building Project would be an advantageous.
- Have PPVC and BIM experiences
- Willing to work in the site office
