Weston Robot located in Science Park near NUS is a deep-tech robotics company headquartered in Singapore, with branch offices in China (supported by ESG). We offer a range of robotics related products and solutions to help customers adopt robotics solutions seamlessly. We are looking for a team player to join us.

Job Description
Take care of our home office
Process our paperwork (e.g., invoice, DO, PO)
Daily admin works (receiving, payment, etc.)
Work with our accountant for our finance/bank record
Talk to our engineers and understand their administrative needs
Other daily/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc jobs
Work with teams to help customer succeed Event planning, and online order fulfilling

Love robots and enjoy team working
Pursuit of excellence (there always a better way of doing things)
Fast learner Good at Microsoft office (word and excel)
Willing to work with technical nerds
Having accountant background is a plus
