- Meet Clients requirement in all aspect of Property Management
- Project coordination in residential/commercial strata development
- Responsible for day to day operations of assigned sites
- Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties
- Assist superior to plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities
- Plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities (for managerial role)
- Maintain a continuous and long term relationship with existing clients (for managerial role)
- Manage and retain projects within the set financial criteria (for managerial role)

Prepare and chair Annual General Meetings
(for managerial role)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Estate/Facilities Management or related discipline
- Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings
- Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act
- Candidates with own transportation will have an added advantage
- Attractive Salary commensurate with experience
- Results driven personality
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
