Our client is a leading Global Bank based in Singapore and is seeking a Product Control -AV

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Review and analyze P&L attribution, and resolving any gaps in the P&L
• Be involved in the testing of valuation and risk for new products
• Familiarize with bank policies around model risk control, valuation services and risk and P/L control.
• Have a detailed understanding of pricing concepts and model limitations, to be able to handle internal queries on Risk and valuation
• Act a business partner and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the Front Office, Risk management valuations and operations team

To be Eligible for this role you will require:

• Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in a Bank with experience in Product Control.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business and Economics.
• Exposure to different financial instruments with experience in FX and Rates will be an added advantage.
• Experience in P&L attribution, accounting, market risk reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to identify gaps and resolve issues.
• Experience in IT skills such as Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, C++, Python will be a plus
