Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of construction projects. From preparing technical drawings to managing on-site work and liaising with stakeholders, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee M&E works on various construction sites to ensure timely completion, quality, and budget adherence
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues
• Conduct site inspections and address any quality or progress concerns
• Submit progress reports and maintain project documentation, including shop drawings, BIM coordination, and as-built drawings
• Collaborate with procurement for material sourcing and equipment management
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of M&E systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in the M&E industry in Singapore
• Proficiency in Auto CAD , with Revit skills as an advantage
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Ability to problem-solve and think analytically in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

• Salary up to $6,000 basic plus variable bonus
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), Saturday (8am to 12pm)
