Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Description
- Price sourcing and comparison.
- Prepare 3 quotations for the purchases.
- Responsible for the checking, and liaise with suppliers for the right product and price.
- Prepare and verify purchase requisition and purchse order.
- Responsible for the goods received as and when delivery arrive.
- Prepare montly purchasing reports. Any other matter as directed by the superior.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent in related disciplines with at least 2 years of similar experience.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Versatile and independent with positive working attitude
- Well organise and able to work independently on assigned projects and creativity in problem solving
- Candidates with experience in non-profits charitable organisation will be an added advantage
- Able to work on weekends, flexible to work occasional public holidays and evenings when the need arises
