Job Description:
Position immediately available for an experienced researcher to drive manufacturing of detection kits and protein purification. Candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently to lead the project. He or she will help design experiments and test prototype to commercialize the detection kits. Expertise in Endotoxin detection kit, lysate and protein purification with affinity, size exclusion, chromatography is preferred. Experience with high-throughput small scale purification & industrial large-scale purification is also desirable. Expertise in protein structure, function and purification of enzymes, antibodies, affinity-tagged proteins and interest in evaluating and developing new protein purification technologies is bonus.

Candidate must have strong interests in applied research to commercialize products and is expected to perform bench-work optimization as well as validate performance. This project will be conducted in collaboration with researchers from universities and research institutes in Singapore and abroad.

Qualifications:
Diploma, Graduate or Postgraduate degree with experience in Microbiology, Life sciences, Molecular Biology, Diagnostics, Material Science and Engineering or Bioengineering with experience in wet lab work. Position will allow the person to be actively involved in R&D and product development, including close interactions with researchers, vendors, customers and regulators.
