Key Responsibilities
-
Lead Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) audits and inspections to ensure compliance to local regulations and global Maersk standards across all sites.

Support Safety and Resilience leadership in implementation and promote HSE management system and processes to operations.

Conduct compliance reviews and evaluation to ensure meeting operational legislative and regulatory requirements.
-
Identify HSE training needs and conduct HSE trainings.
-
Perform accident / incident management and investigation – learning, corrective/preventive action to closure.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive vendor management programs on transportation safety - Ensure vendors comply with Maersk and local requirements.

Coordinate internal and external HSE programs or projects as assigned.
We are looking for
-
Tertiary qualified in relevant fields – Health, Safety & Environment, etc.
-
Possess background in Logistics, Storage & Transportation with knowledge in Chemical/Oil &Gas.
-
Registered as a Workplace safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and knowledge of Security Standards (C-TPAT & TAPA) will be an advantage
-
Experience in conducting both internal and external audits

Excellent communication skills
-
Knowledge of Dangerous goods (IMDG/IATA)
-
Possession of own transportation would be advantageous
