PRIMARY KPI & SUCCESS INDICATOR
- Maintain minimum conversion rate of leads vs closure
- Provide professional customer experience through clear verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive personality and strong desire to make the sales
- Showcase Company inventories upon customers’ request
- Deliver accurate information, introduce our Company’s brand value along with our sales promo to customers
- Sell all related products and services to customers
- Provide test drive safety instructions and a solid customer experience
- Provide accurate financing calculations
- Provide end-to-end sales related service and follow-ups
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years’ sales experience
- Singapore Class 3/3A driving license
- Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate effectively
