Senior Engineer (Mechanical / HVAC)

What You'll Do:
  • Support Projects constructions and Projects T&C in collaboration with Constructions Project Managers
  • In charge of Feasibility Design and Detailed Designs for District Cooling System.
  • Prepare engineering documents, technical drawings and tender specification
  • Perform cooling load analysis and hydraulic calculations of DCS
  • Perform piping system design
  • HVAC equipment sizing and selection
  • Technical validation of the projects proposed by the Business Development teams
  • Coordinate and organise resources within relevant departments in the company to participate, contribute to meet project deliverables in a timely manner.

What You'll Need:
  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering / related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and HVAC design.
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in district cooling system design would be a plus.
  • Familiar with M&E design tool i.e cooling load software, hydraulic analysis software, pipe stress analysis software and energy modelling software etc.
  • Proficient in Auto CAD, BIM/Revit will be advantageous
  • Good data management skills
