The Test Manager owns testing services across Singtel Singapore for Agile delivery ensuring quality test architecture, test coverage and delivery. This role manages relationships with IT & Business management, coordinates with internal teams/vendors and addresses high-impact issues. The Test Manager is accountable for test delivery within scope, schedule, and cost ensuring adherence to testing KPIs and SLAs. Additionally, to perform root cause analysis for production defects, coach and mentor testing teams and continually improve test automations and processes.

• Provide strategic focus on test automations to meet faster time to market
• Serve as the primary escalation point for IT & Business management and key stakeholders resolving high-impact issues.
• Ensure successful Agile delivery of testing services within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Implement and refine test processes in collaboration with Singtel Process Teams to drive continuous improvement
• Manage and drive production defects ensuring proper resolution and fixes in the test coverage
• Mentor and guide Test Engineers/Leads, fostering accountability and professional growth
• Manage and mentor both permanent and contract staff to meet testing goals.

Skills for Success:

• An IT or related tertiary qualification with considerable Test Management or Test Team Leading experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Testing
• Expert knowledge of Test Management, Quality Assurance methodologies and implementing testing best practices.
• Proven capabilities of driving Automations & Performance test experience - GUI & API within a complex, multi-tiered architecture.
• Expert knowledge of test tools and designing technical frameworks (e.g. Atlassian tool stack with JIRA & Confluence, Microfocus ALM QC/PC v12.00 or higher, Microfocus Load Runner/Tricentis Neo Load and analysis, UFT, Selenium with Cucumber/Ruby, Jenkins, XCTest and Espresso.)
• Familiar with Microsoft and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
