Job Description:

The Finance Manager will supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance. The role involves implementing and maintaining systems to collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information accurately. This position also requires handling month-end and year-end processes, cash forecasting, and coordinating tax matters, while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
• Conduct month-end and year-end processes, including cash forecasting, bank reconciliation, variance analysis, and debt activity
• Generate and analyze financial reports and statements
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual and tax-related matters
• Enhance systems and procedures , and implement corrective actions as needed
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Meet all financial accounting objectives and maintain transaction documentation

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5+ years of finance management experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven experience in accounting operations and team leadership
