Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from pre-employment through onboarding.
• Monitor monthly employee turnover and take proactive measures to fill vacancies, ensuring staffing needs are consistently met.
• Process and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Administer the full spectrum of payroll functions, including the filing of AIS, IRAS, and IR21.
• Verify payroll items and claims, among other related tasks.
• Prepare HR-related documents and letters.
• Manage and maintain necessary licenses, such as Liquor License, SFA, and others.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Undertake other HR duties as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience with good knowledge of HR legislation, policies and procedures
• Experienced in F&B industry is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and priorities management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure and tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
