Job Description

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes in compliance with legal requirements
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Handle payrolls, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with company objectives and legal requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Handle audits and reporting related to HR functions
Manage confidential employee information with discretion
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to optimize staffing levels
Manage workplace injury claims and return-to-work programs

The Successful Applicant

Diploma or Degree in HR discipline or any related
At least 5-6 years of HR generalist/ full spectrum HR working experience in manufacturing industry
Well familiar with Singapore Employment Laws
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of internal staff
