DESIGNATION : Senior Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with product team to confirm project scope and objectives.
- Coordinate with the technical and QA teams to assess efforts and provide a detailed project schedule and plan.
- Manage internal and external development teams to execute projects according to the plan.
- Facilitate meetings, track project status, and provide timely updates to various stakeholders.
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Provide end-to-end project management throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Track BAU tasks to optimize platform/system performance.
- Review progress from daily sessions and drive high-quality output from the development team.
- Produce management and stakeholder report updates for all on-going projects.
- Support RFQ/RFP/tender processes and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Apply industry best practices in project management and collaborate with other project managers to identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years' experiences in managing digital projects.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or engineering.
- Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
