We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Crew (Karaoke – Night Shift) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a pleasant experience by providing excellent service, assisting with basic technical support for karaoke systems, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working night shifts in a lively setting, handling beverages, and delivering top-tier service in a karaoke lounge environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle phone calls for reservations and guest inquiries.
- Greet guests and direct them to their designated karaoke rooms.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Input orders into the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Provide basic technical support, including microphone and karaoke system checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue.
- Work independently and produce quality service with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages in a nightlife environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts in a karaoke lounge environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic technical skills for karaoke system checks (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Locations & Shift Timings:
- Yishun: 6:30pm to 3:30am
- Downtown East, Pasir Ris Mall
- Chinatown: 4pm to 1:30am/2am
- Orchard: 9pm to 7am

Cineleisure: 6:30pm to 3:30am
- Working Days: 6 days work week.
- Salary: Up to $2,170 basic + $100 monthly transport allowance + $5 daily meal allowance + night shift allowance of up to $400 (depending on outlet). Gross salary up to $3,000 + quarterly bonus.
- Other Benefits: Referral bonus , medical and dental benefits, birthday Ang Pao, company transport, increasing annual leave starting from 10 days, and opportunities for career growth.
