Service Engineer (Security System)

Responsibilities:
- As a Service Engineer, you will address equipment faults at customer locations. You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors regarding all aspects of add-on project activities.
- You are expected to closely monitor the progress of work to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Additionally, you will ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for site installation or fault rectification. Regular maintenance tasks for our customers are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
- You should have a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, and similar technologies.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license are required.
- Standby duty is also expected.
